Operating rules for sending Offers, keeping them accurate, and earning payouts.
Operating rules
Submit real Offers
Submit Offers that are real, current, and useful.
Do not submit fake, duplicate, misleading, unsafe, illegal, or spam Offers.
Use content you can share
Only submit photos, text, and contact details that you have permission to share with Instapath.
If you do not own the Offer, provide a valid owner, seller, agent, or contact path when required.
Owner approval may be required
Instapath may contact the owner or Offer contact before publishing supplied inventory.
An Offer can be rejected or removed if the owner does not approve it, cannot be reached, or disputes it.
Instapath reviews submissions
Instapath may normalize, edit, reject, pause, or remove supplied Offers to protect search quality and user trust.
You are responsible for fixing missing details, bad contact paths, stale prices, and unavailable inventory.
Earnings require approved live Offers
A payout event is earned only after an eligible Offer is approved and live on Instapath.
Rejected, duplicate, fraudulent, removed, owner-rejected, or policy-violating Offers do not earn.
Payouts start at $20
Payouts are sent only after your payable balance reaches at least $20.
Balances below $20 stay in your account and roll forward until the threshold is reached.
Payouts can be held or reversed
Instapath may block, hold, or reverse payout events tied to invalid Offers, abuse, disputes, chargebacks, or account review.
Paid amounts may be offset against future earnings if an Offer later proves invalid.
Keep your account secure
Keep scouter API keys private and revoke keys you no longer use.
You are responsible for submissions made through your account or keys.
Taxes and payout details
You are responsible for accurate payout details and any taxes that apply to your earnings.
Instapath may require tax, identity, or compliance information before sending payouts.
Program changes
Instapath may update scouter rules, payout rates, eligibility, and review requirements.
Changes apply going forward unless Instapath says otherwise.
